Bright and airy with 3 reformers,2 Cadillacs, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and other Pilates props, you will get the best of the Pilates experience.
Our studio is a comfortable and non-intimidating place to workout without the distractions of a large gym or studio. Personal attention is key to your workout here. We will make sure your workout is all about you.
We specialize in private Pilates Instruction on the equipment. We focus on the individual and get to the real principals of Pilates We don't do classes or large groups. We are a small family and we treat our clients that way. They feel as if they are the only one in the room, they are our priority.
